After 55 years, STATELESS Indians and Chinese still exist
After a dammed bloody more than 55 years of BN governance in this country, surprisingly there are still too many stateless Indians and Chinese in Malaysia despite being born and grown up in this country.
It is gravely shocking and sad to hear that this government (BN) is still processing the status of these stateless Malaysian citizens. Worst still of all, these stateless Indians and Chinese, despite so many evidence showing that they were born and had grown up purely here in Malaysia, they were given a run around like clowns and balls to deny them their citizens' rights just because they are Indians and Chinese.
We would like to state our firmest stand against this irresponsible BN government, do not reason with numbers or whatsoever excuses you got from inside there, whether it is 300,000 or 3,000, we don't give a dammed about numbers. It is why, after more than 55 years of independence, Malaysia under BN's governance, still consist of so many stateless Indians and Chinese.
And when such reports popped up in the media and online features, MIC and MCA would then rush to look for all these stateless people and process the citizenship for them. What is the point now? They have been living for over more than 50 to 80 years stateless, no education, no rights, no proper jobs, no recognition and many more. Their young ages has been wasted just like that.
So, is this what the MIC and MCA leaders call, "doing their jobs"? No, they are sleeping on their jobs all this while. If MIC and MCA were to have been doing their jobs, these stateless people would have got their citizenships when they are young and not only after they reach aged-old. Dam you, both MIC and MCA!
MIC and MCA, stop giving various excuses pushing the blame back to these stateless people, saying that they refused to approach the authorities, they cannot be located, they are uneducated and so on. Just imagine, if these people were to approach the authorities for citizenship, they would be questioned from all corners like criminals or possibly thrown into the jail for deportation to their alleged "country of origin".
We could remember, a Malaysian Indian girl who was arrested and immediately deported to Sri Lanka about two years ago, despite having able to speak fluent Malay and she had also explained to the immigration officers that she was from Perak and even gave the address where she has been living. Such racist treatment had prevent the other stateless people from coming forward.
We do not know about those other victims before the plight if this Indian girl was reported, but what we are stating here is, are both the MIC and MCA leaders really working to ensure the Malaysian Indian and Chinese communities are protected under the Federal Constitution. The answer is a Big No! Both MIC and MCA are sleeping on their jobs, that is why all these stateless people still exist till today, of which allows Umno to take advantage on the situation.
In this case, are MIC and MCA worth voting for? We all know what to do.
