Confirmed not a suicide, says Dr Pornthip
Thai pathologist, Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand today ruled out suicide as a cause of death for political secretary, Teoh Beng Hock, after carrying out a second autopsy on him.
In a packed courtroom, she maintained her opinion that Teoh's death was not suicide based on the injuries sustained from the fall and due to lack of evidence confirming that he was conscious after the fall.
"This time round, I will not go for percentages because after carrying out the second autopsy by myself, I'm very sure this is not a case of suicide," she said.
Apart from this, Dr Pornthip also confirmed that the investigator on Teoh's death didn't follow actual protocol on 'note' which they recently claimed to had found it from Teoh's bag. According to the protocol of investigation, in the event of a crime scene investigation, any notes or other items found should be immediately sent for forensic examination.
In this case there is an attempt by both the federal government and the MACC to cover up the evidence from being taken into investigation in order to determine the actual and detailed cause leading to Teoh's death (or should we say murder?).
We want to confront prime minister Najib Razak again, a year ago, you had promised the Teoh family that you will bring them justice in two weeks time (after the magistrate's inquest was established to probe this murder case), but today is already more than a year.
And the MACC had also pledged to come clean to ensure justice is served and those who are involved will be brought to the dock and punished for this inhumane crime.
But till today, what have the Teoh family got? Case delayed, MACC officers are not cooperating, the authorities are insincere, the judiciary has been manipulated, Dr Pornthip's life has been continuously threatened just because she wanted to reveal the truth, MACC officers tried warned and had even tried to harm Dr Pornthip.
With all these blockades to justice, are we going to continue putting our trust to this very much tainted system? It will be a big No! In order to bring justice we will have to bring in a foreign expert to determine the truth of this case.
And if we cannot bring justice for the late Teoh Beng Hock because of the tainted judiciary system, let us bring this case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague. Never mind if it will bring an embarrassment to the Malaysian government but justice must be serve.
And if Najib really feel ashamed and embarrassed just because our people wanted to go to ICJ, blame it on yourself because you and your party, Umno had corruptly tainted the entire governance and judiciary system of our nation.
You had also ruined the basics in justice, democracy, freedom and human rights of our people just because you wanted to continue remaining in power.
