Our PM is a true coward
The intrusion into Lahad Datu, Sabah by a group of hundred over heavily-armed Sulu terrorists claiming themselves to be the "royal army" of the Sulu Sultanate has been dragging for too long now. At first the home affairs minister Hishammuddin Hussein flew into the state to see what is going on. Then, the defense minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi was nowhere to be found and did not even bother about enemy intruding into our country.
What next? The Philippine President Benigno Aquino III has sounded his warning and gave the Sulu Sultan a final word, "withdraw or face the consequences". But what about our Prime Minister Najib Razak? Where is he and how come is not interested at all on what is currently happening in Sabah, one of the poorest state in Malaysia?
It looks like the Philippines president is much more forthcoming on the Lahad Datu incident than our Malaysian prime minister. If this is the case, Najib does not even bother who is trying bulldozed into our country armed with heavy weapons and arsenals. Come on, an enemy has already attacked our country and they had established a camp out there in order to "defend" their historical claims, as alleged by the Sulu Sultan.
Najib, until today you are not seeing such armed intrusion as an immediate threat to our nation's national security and public safety. Even the defense minister Ahmad Zahid who is in-charge of the military and our nation's defense is completely dumb and missing-in-action. And of course, the police inaction as well. The home affairs minister Hishammuddin just made a short site visit over there and that's it, he's already back in Putrajaya after his "holidays" in Sabah.
Hishammuddin has now washed his hands and passed the buck to the Foreign Affairs Ministry in order to diplomatically handle the situation in Sabah.
For the BN government, it seems that Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Kit Siang, Datuk S.Ambiga or Senator Nick Xenaphon (an Australian lawmaker) are all more than a threat to our country's national security than the Sulu terrorists who took over Lahad Datu by force about three weeks ago. And that cowardly Najib is still too quiet, dare not even make a statement pertaining to the crisis.
Just imagine if the Sulu Sultan were to seek the assistance of their allied Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) - the Moro faction which was summarily excluded from the Mindanao peace deal, and MNLF decided to send, let's say 50,000 of its fighters to assist the Sulu Sultan to invade the whole of Sabah, then by today, Sabah would be officially part of the new Sulu Sultanate province.
In the current standoff in Lahad Datu, Sabah, there is a possibility that there might be another scenario which resulted to Najib's cowardice on this crisis. In Sabah itself, we could observe that a Royal Commission of Inquiry has been investigating the Project IC Scandal where many illegal immigrants has been issued Mykads, granted Malaysian citizenships and given the right to vote. Look, it was reported that even a MNLF commander was made a Malaysian citizen and voted in the previous Sabah state elections.
So, the conclusion here is, already there are tens of thousands of these illegal immigrants being given the Malaysian citizenship and right to vote in the general elections. They could be the Sulu people or the Moro people, who knows. They are now all in Sabah. This means, the tenure of the Sabah BN state government is now in the hands of these Sulu and Moro "Malaysians". No wonder, that Najib dare not even say a word on the intrusion in Lahad Datu because if any stern action would have been authorized, these Sulu "Malaysians" would not cast their vote for the BN anymore, come next general elections.
What now again? Now, a former local Umno leader, Siti Aminah Mahmud had exposed that about 500,000 Filipino and Indonesian illegal immigrants has been given Malaysian citizenship on the orders of the then Sabah Umno liaison chief Tun Datu Mustapha Datu Harun who took his instructions from a former prime minister in the 1990s in a planned conspiracy to overthrow the then oppositoin Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) state government. Siti Aminah was later detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) from 1990 to 1994 in order to prevent her from exposing the plot to the public.
No wonder the PBS is powerless now and could not even defend the majority Kadazan Dusun Murut community anymore.
Our nation is being run by a coalition of traitors. Our people must think carefully before the upcoming 13th general elections, before they make their final decisions, to vote and to cast their votes into the ballot boxes.
