Armed intruders in Sabah, aren't they the "Enemy of the State" too?

Recently, there are about hundred over gunmen calling themselves the "Royal Army of the Sulu Sultanate" intruded into the Malaysian waters and invaded a focus area in Sabah of which they claim to have historical interests with.

According to an old man who claimed to be Sultan Jamalul Kiram of Sulu, his "royal army" would not leave Sabah until their claims are being recognized by both the Philippines and the Malaysian governments. It looks like more a threat to the security of our nation than just a mere joke from a clown like Jamalul Kiram. All his men which was led by his "Raja Muda" were heavily armed with machine guns and rocket launchers.

So, from what you have been observing the situation there in Sabah, the state already have enough of foreigners and there comes another group, this time a heavily armed one coming over to claim the state as one of theirs. How come the home affairs minister (Hishammuddin Hussein) as well as the defense minister (Ahmad Zahid Hamidi) are still nowhere to be seen? Until todate, these two ministers in charge of our nation's security has yet to step into Sabah to address the situation directly.

According to the police force, they are still negotiating with these armed intruders to see if they could resolve the situation without any bloodshed. However, the Sulu Sultan has earlier declared that his men will not leave Sabah. So, what is there to negotiate anymore? Our nation's security has been threatened. Why isn't the military being called in? Why is the military being excluded from the negotiation process?

Why the BN government are still treating these heavily armed intruders like friends by continuing to negotiate with them in a friendly manner? These group of gunmen crossed the border and intruded into our land, threatening the security and public safety of our Malaysians there. Aren't they supposed to be treated as "Enemy of the State"?

It seems that the defense minister and his ministry officials are still sleeping on their job. The Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) who was supposed to guard our nation's waters are not around when these gunmen came rolling in like nobody's business. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has earlier claimed that with the purchase of new naval patrol vessels (NPV) and Scorpene submarines, our nation would be able to prevent invaders from intruding into our nation's waters and land, but where were all these NPVs and the submarines when those intruders were intruding into our waters?

When the innocent Australian Senator Nick Xenophon was arrested in the KL International Airport (KLIA) and deported for security reasons, the BN government labelled him as an "Enemy of the State", as his visit was seen to be a threat to the nation's security and public order. But there in Sabah, these "Royal" gunmen who intruded into the state with heavy arms were instead being "welcomed" by the BN government with a slow moving and ineffective talks, hoping that they would leave Sabah peacefully. According to their "sultan" they would never leave Sabah. So, when is the BN government going to treat this intruders as the "Enemy of the State"?

We want the BN government to explain to our people why are they treating these heavily armed gunmen with so much leniency when these men has proven their threat to our nation's security and public safety, while Senator Nick Xenophon was treated in a manner which was not supposed to be? In this case, which one of them are more "Enemy of the State" and why?

Otherwise, both the defense minister and the home affairs minister should resign from their positions for failing to address the current situation with a quick resolution and also their failure to ensure our nation's sovereignty is safeguarded at all times.
