It is Umno's ploys affecting investments into our country
According to Umno supreme council member and Second Finance Minister Datuk Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah, opposition coalition is garnering the support of the international community towards its cause by creating a bad perception of the country.
He said the ploy indirectly dented investors’ confidence in Malaysia, adding that in other countries, the opposition did not rally the support of the international community to support its cause.
Husni was commenting on a note handed by 50 Australian members of parliament to the Malaysian High Commission in Canberra, calling for Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s sodomy trial to be dropped.
Actually, it was Umno who is the one creating chaos, hate, violence and revenge here and there in order to destabilize the entire nation. Umno is denying democracy to take its course in this country.
The investors are looking and watching on how Umno is managing this country. The investors are doubtful because Umno is looking set to destroy the country's economy by playing racial, hate, violent and revengeful politics. Umno is moving the country towards a dictatorial regime. Umno is in fact denying investors from further access into Selangor, Penang, Kelantan and Kedah just because these states are rule by the opposition coalition elected and given the mandate by the people. Umno is denying the people's mandate by trying to destroy these states.
Umno continues to play in corruption to enhance the wealth of its cronies and leaders. Umno continues to abuse the funds of the government in order to enrich its leaders, their families and allies to the extend that our people has been neglected socially and financially. They continue to increase prices, imposing taxes, raise highway tolls rates, raise fuel rates and so on, so that they could enjoy all the profits and shares they accumulated for decades.
