Another attempt to destabilize the Penang State Government

DAP Secretary-General and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has been told to contact the state police to fix a time and date for his statements to be recorded in relation to six reports against him.

The police claimed that the six reports made against him were from Sungai Nibong, Kg Baru, Kubang Semang, Seberang Jaya, Sungai Pinang and Kepala Batas but have yet to produce any evidence to show that those police report were really made, by whom and what are the reasons for the reports.

Looks like there is another attempt by Umno to destabilize and disrupt the daily running of the Penang State Government. They wanted to disrupt Guan Eng's duty as the state's chief minister and to sabotage his efforts to bring about changes to the Penang state and for the people.

When police reports were made against the Penang Malay Chamber of Commerce (DPMPP), Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS), Sedaq and Perkasa for their roles in organizing the street riots and chaos in Penang recently, the police did nothing to stop those "terrorists" who were out there spreading lies, promoting hatred, violence and revenge.

When a police report was lodged against DPMPP president Rizal Faris Mohideen because he tried to punch and assault a person whom he knows at the Penang International Airport, the police did nothing to him and no arrest was made reasoning that lack of evidence.

Where is justice? We cannot do much because the police force is under the jurisdiction of the Home Ministry who happens to be managed by a minister who is also an Umno vice-president. And as home minister who give his orders and instructions, the police had no choice but to obey them blindly.

These are facts. Injustice!
