Where is Tunku Aziz?

When Tunku Abdul Aziz Ibrahim joined the DAP and later appointed as the party national vice-chairman in 2008, then appointed by the Penang state government as member of the senate representing the party, what has he done to uphold and support justice, equality, democracy and the non-ethnic approach which has been the principles and struggles of Pakatan Rakyat?

Ever since Tunku Aziz was appointed DAP national vice-chairman and senator, he has been labelled as a "traitor" to the Malays for joining a "Chinese-based" party by ruling elites within the Barisan Nasional (BN) particularly the dominant Malay-based party, Umno.

What has Tunku Aziz done to counter the bad effects by his detractors at that time? What has Tunku Aziz done in order to improve DAP's standing in the eyes of the Malay community during his tenure as the party's national vice-chairman? What has Tunku Aziz done to defend the party and Pakatan Rakyat from the racist attacks and threats from the BN, particularly Umno? What has Tunku Aziz done to support and uphold the principle undertaken by the Pakatan Rakyat leadership?

The answers are, Tunku Aziz has not done anything at all to safeguard the image and to uphold the principles undertaken by DAP and Pakatan Rakyat ever since his appointment as the party's national vice-chairman and as member of the senate. He done nothing for DAP and Pakatan Rakyat in general in order to promote and advance the principles and objectives of the opposition coalition as underlined in the "Buku Jingga".

Has Tunku Aziz ever speak up for the marginalized Malay community nationwide during his tenure as DAP national vice-chairman and senator? Has Tunku Aziz come forward to speak up against the rising racism expounded by Umno in order to advance its "ketuanan Melayu" which is against the spirit of Malaysia for all Malaysians?

Where is Tunku Aziz at that time?

And when Tunku Aziz suddenly appeared in Ntv7 to speak up against the party that held him up and then announced his resignation as party national vice-chairman and from the party, Umno and BN leaders who had once condemned him, made him a national hero by sounding praises for him and his departure from DAP.

What is the reason for Tunku Aziz's resignation from DAP? He reasoned that he views are not welcomed by the DAP leadership, he said the DAP has not given him sufficient avenue to speak up, he said that he has no right to differ in a democratic-based party and finally he said that he was against support for Bersih 3.0 as the rally had in fact broken the law.

Now, let us ask Tunku Aziz a few questions. Why did he supported Bersih 2.0 in the first place and why is he against Bersih 3.0 now? According to Tunku Aziz, Bersih 3.0 broke the law, then what about Bersih 2.0, did it broke the law then?

Talking about breaking the law, didn't Tunku Aziz realize that during the Umno general assemblies in 2008, 2009 and 2010, the top Umno leaders had voiced their support and continuously upheld racism and threat against the non-Malay communities at large. Asides, Umno leaders and supporters had also resorted to many kinds of intimidation against opposition leaders, like violence, threat on the party activities, racist demonstrations, creating tensions, inciting racial hatreds against one another, instigation violence against student activism, hurting and injuring opposition, NGO and human-civil rights supporters and dissidents and many more. Aren't these all breaking the laws too? In fact all these actions (by Umno) are also mounted to sedition and the authorities are reluctant to act on it simply because Umno is part of the authorities as well.

Again we ask, where is Tunku Aziz? Why didn't Tunku Aziz speak up against such lawlessness when it was Umno who is breaking the law for the sake of prolonging its lifespan and when Bersih 3.0 wanted to stand up to speak against the irregularities in the electoral lists and the unjust/undemocratic system that manages the electoral process, Tunku Aziz blatantly spoke up against it? What went wrong?

When the bad ones broke the law in order to ensure more laws are disregard, Tunku Aziz kept quiet. When genuine peace-loving people came forward in a rally to demand for justice, democracy and electoral reform just because there are no other choice or channel to do so, Tunku Aziz was simply against it by reasoning that it had "broken the law" in general. Since when did Umno's racism, violence and threats against our people are within the law and order? Can Tunku Aziz please explain on this? How did Tunku Aziz differentiate between the real law breakers and going against the draconian laws?

Again,we are asking, where is Tunku Aziz?

Do not be a coward and come out to state your stand on this if you are a real principled man!
