We all knew who started the 13 May 1969 riots, killings and rapes
Just because they did not want to recognize the electoral gains of the opposition and socialist blocs and put the blame on the then prime minister Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, a radical faction led by Tun Abdul Razak decided to launch a coup d'etat to force the Tunku out from his position.
A plot was hatched in order to take the entire nation down into chaos. The Umno storm troopers then launched a violent offensive against the Malaysian people. As a result, thousand of innocent Malaysians were brutally killed, murdered and raped by these racist barbarians.
And since then, in every general elections, Umno had repeatedly warn all segments in our Malaysian society that they will repeat the 13 May racial riots if electoral decides to vote other than Barisan Nasional.
The people are matured enough and therefore, bravely made their decisions on March 2008 general election by awarding five states to the new opposition bloc called Pakatan Rakyat.
In aftermath of the Mar 2008 general election, Umno tried to incite racial riots in both Penang and Selangor by instigating some racist demonstrations but their plans eventually failed because we Malaysians had realized how dangerous and violent this political party is.
They wanted to repeat 13 May in 2008 to soak their "keris" with our blood. And recently in the Penang State Legislative Assembly sitting, Umno's Penaga state assemblyman made the similar threat onto the Penang state government.
Umno wanted to remind the people that they are very violent, hateful and revengeful, and therefore wanted the people to be vary and afraid of them.
Well, we are not afraid of them anymore. We all knew if we vote for them, is the same of voting for 13 May riots to repeat. That is why we did not vote for them. We only vote for Malaysians.
Let us soak the Umno flags, banners and emblems with our disposals.
