Public misunderstands MACC, says Abu Kassim

Image
Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Datuk Seri Abu Kassim Mohamed today said poor public perception remains one of the greatest challenges faced by the national anti-graft body. He said Malaysians still viewed the MACC as a ā€œtoolā€ of the Umno's federal government that only went after ā€œsmall fishā€ corruption cases. We would like to urge Abu Kassim to prove all of us wrong. Do not just say that we are viewing the MACC and you in a wrong way. It was the MACC and you who are performing in a wrong way. You mentioned that you are accountable to the parliament and so does the MACC, but you in most of your actions demonstrated that you are otherwise - answerable to the prime minister who is also the Umno president. The MACC does not act above politics and the government. The MACC is a tool of the ruling race-based elites in Putrajaya. You have yet to resolve the mysterious death of an innocent man in the hands of your MACC officers till today. You are withholding...

DPM warns ethnic groups from making demands - get rid of those from your own first!

Image
Umno deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin today warned ethnic groups not to make excessive demands from the government as it could strain national unity. The deputy prime minister said the public must look at the ā€œbigger pictureā€ and accept that Malaysia is a multiracial country. Well, we hope this man is talking about national unity sincerely from his heart, but we doubt so. Is BN, Umno or Muhyiddin really serious about national unity? Who caused the jeopardy of our nation's national unity all this while? Who fan the racial tensions from the beginning? Who said the entire city would be burned and their "keris" would be soaked with our blood? Who had always threatened the entire nation with May 13 and racial hatred? Look at mirror, look at yourself first before you make such statement. If you are really sincere, give us justice and equality, give us our human rights, punish all those racist and violent ones who are from one of yours. Abolish and outlaw racism, hatred as well...

Lim Lian Geok - the Great Defender of Chinese Education in Malaysia

Image
An extraordinary man in our Chinese community had passed away on 18 December 1985. Remarkable by all standard, he was not a high-ranking Government official, nor was he a millionaire. However, the number of people turned up at his funeral was a record. For days, our Malaysian Chinese from the entire left their work behind, and rushed to the Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall to pay him their last respect. The funeral cortege was more than a mile long. Every year near around the same time, members of the Chinese community turn up at his burial ground to worship him. By now, the date itself bears another meaning -- it is also celebrated among members of the Chinese community as the Chinese Education Day. This great soul is Mr Lim Lian Geok . He is no Tun, Tan Sri or whatever Datuk at all. Mr Lim was an ordinary teacher. After the Second World War, he took on the mission to defend ethnic rights of the Chinese. During his eight-year tenure as Jiao Zongā€™s Chairman, Mr Lim faced with blow after ...

PKFZ scandal: Only one taken in?

Image
It is no surprise that Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik, the former MCA president who is also the ex-transport minister was hauled up yesterday and charged in the court for corruption and power abuse in the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) mess. If Tun Dr Ling were to be an Umno leader, will he be taken into custody and charged in the court for the same offence? We doubt so. In this PKFZ fiasco, Dr Ling could not be the sole person who mastermind the entire episode. He is not that powerful enough to authorize a multi-billion Ringgit project like this on his own. Those who are very powerful and who were also involved in this project are not arrested or charged. Why? Is Dr Ling made a scapegoat to swallow everything? What about the others, be it either from Umno or MCA. Leaders of these two major BN component parties are the key players to this failed project and it is absurd to tell the people that he is the sole and only mastermind in this scandal. If Dr Ling feel that he should not be blamed for the ...

Respect and serve the governments of the day

Image
Civil servants, be it from federal or state level are asked to respect and serve the government of the day. In the general elections, the people made their choice, the people voted in the government and therefore all civil servants must respect the people's choice and serve the elected government. As civil servants, they must be neutral in their stand and not taking sides in any political or party disputes along the way. In this, they must perform professionally and not via political influence. The case of the Penang state development officer (no need to mention his name at all), he had clearly shown his political align to Umno by supporting and attending to the party's requests. The SDO has been viewed by the general public as unprofessional in his stand and taking active side in politics. The actions carried out by the SDO has been seen as a kind of indiscipline and he had also breach the provisions as stated in the Federal Constitution. Apart from that, the Penang SDO had al...

Establish Inter-Faith Commission now!

Image
We had enough of all those day to day "sandiwara" by the Umno-led BN federal government, claiming that they are serious in reaching to all faiths in order to promote racial and religious harmony in this country. Stop all those nonsensical plans or proposals of establishing only a committee, special committee or sub-committee level of panel to deal with matters especially of those involve the interest of the general public and our nation. These committee level kinds of panel are nothing but a mere political gimmick. The minister in the prime minister's department Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon who is in charge of national unity and integration is in fact being kicked around here and there like a ball just to satisfy the lust of the top Umno leaders. Like we had mentioned earlier, eventhough he is in charge, he is completely powerless as he cannot even instruct his own government to get rid of extremism in its structures and come up with a full force empowering national unity, emp...

No more contracts available, Umno politicking continues

Did you know why Umno is now making a hell of noise on the alleged illegal sand mining in both Selangor and Penang states? Umno is at the loss, total loss and they had nothing more to say. All they had is their many past misdeeds, missing public funds, power abuses, corruptions, mismanagement, scandals and various illegal activities. And that is why they are politicizing all these past materials and made the present state governments of Selangor and Penang at fault in order to cover theirs. It is very clear, all these negative elements were carried during Umno's reign in these two states. PKR, DAP and PAS only came to power on March 2008 and it is only about two years plus. How can they afford to do these wonders in billions of Ringgit anyway? No way as Pakatan Rakyat's new found governance are still fresh and they do not even know how to warm their chairs properly yet. In addition, since they came to power two years ago, they are often faced with challenges of uncooperative...

Pribumi word hijacked by Perkasa, Orang Asli said

Perkasa, whose pro-Malay radical extremism has upset many Chinese, Indians and even Malays, has found itself another opponent ā€” the Orang Asli. Dewi Malam, a Tok Batin from Kampung Orang Asli in Pulau Kempas, said Perkasa had robbed his people of their identity by using the word ā€œpribumiā€ in its name. Perkasa is short for Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia, which can be translated as the Malaysian Organisation for Great Natives. It is headed by controversial opportunist politician named Ibrahim Ali, who founded it as a body claiming to defend Malay rights, privileges, promoting hate on other races and to seek revenge on their alleged missing identity. ā€œBut pribumi means orang asal (original people),ā€ said Dewi. ā€œThey are the original owners of all the land in the peninsula. They do not have to pay for the land because they are its owner. ā€œThat is what a pribumi is. He is master, sultan, king.ā€ Dewi said pribumi is not synonymous with Bumiputera, a word coined by Malaysia...

Cabinet inter-faith panel is dead

Image
The cabinet's Special Committee to Promote Inter-Religious Harmony and Understanding (SCPIRHU) which was initiated by prime minister Najib Razak and put under the charge of Dr Koh Tsu Koon is now defunct and considered dead. This is because some extremist groups who participated in the committee had objected to the use of the term "inter-religious" reasoning that their religion is greater than the others and they should not sit equally with the other faiths. Besides objection to the panel's term, they also wanted Dr Koh, who is the minister in charge of national unity and currently supervising the SCPIRHU to be replace by Datuk Jamil Khir Baharom, who is the minister in charge of Islamic affairs. Dr Koh who is also the Gerakan president is seem to be powerless in his effort to ensure the success of the SCPIRHU because of the extremists' view on their supreme stature of their religion over the others. The first meeting was held on 4 April and the subsequent meeting...

Crackdown on Buddhist and Christian societies in schools

We are filled with grave disappointment to learn that some extremist elements within the education department had issued circulars to schools authorities instructing them to close down Buddhist and Christian Societies without giving any valid reason for doing so. After complaints by parents, as well as local Buddhist Associations and Christian groupings only did the education ministry informally explained that there was a misinterpretation in its department circular. Whatever reason they gave and intend to give again, why do they have to only give an "informal explanation"? Why not an official one? What are they trying to hide or are they covering up something? Who are the officials responsible for all these mess? We would like to urge the ministry to take stern action against those who are responsible for all these sabotage which is now causing some sort of disunity and suspicions. These education officials who were responsible for these anti-unity moves are clearly moving a...

BN is bankrupt, Putrajaya is bankrupt! All Bankrupt!

First they accused PKR advisor and parliamentary opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim of paying the CNN a large sum to obtain publicities and respect from the United States. But now, it seems Umno leaders has been doing that themselves all these while. Just look at the lavish contact renewed with Apco Worldwide in order to enhance and promote the Umno-led federal government's image overseas. But what we know is Apco's core service is only to one man. That is prime minister and Umno president Najib Razak. Since he already have Apco to do all the publicity stunts for him, why is he using another one now, QGA - a Washington-based political and public relations consultancy. We are sure he will say "its just M50,000 not million" if the press ask for his explanation. Yes, only RM50,000 for a trial run, and if its trial run is a success, will it be RM500 billion in near future? And since Apco's background and role are already being exposed for public scrutiny, will QCA take o...

PM gave away RM50k in attempt for US press coverage

Image
Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak paid RM50,000 to a well-known Washington-based political and public relations consultant, Quinn Gillespie & Associates (QGA) in April this year in an attempt to get an opinion-editorial article written by him published in one of the major newspapers in the United States. While the Penang state government announced a 12 percent savings in its operating expenditure, the prime minister's department spends more than RM4 billion. And our money, there goes like nothing and nobody's business. Najib spend that RM50,000 just to popularize himself in the United States. We wonder if he had taken that money from the prime minister's department too. In the next general election, will he take out RM40 billion to be transferred into Umno's account to finance its election campaign machinery? This is how the public funds are being wasted just like that, this is how the federal government is going bankrupt soon. Minister Datuk Idris Jala, you are a...

Guan Eng: Umno political 'devils' masquerading as NGOs

Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng has revealed the alleged true character of Penang Umno leaders in their attempt to make him look as if he were anti-Malay by demolishing their homes and villages. Just because they do not want their political agendas to be exposed, they masquerade as NGOs under the name of Perkasa, MPM, DPMPP and so on to make it like the entire Malay community has been sidelined and bullied by the Penang state government. Actually, it is only Umno who are creating all these issues and problems of which majority were as the result of their previous governance. Just look at the illegal sand mining, the various mismanagements, missing funds in the state administrations, the Kampung Buah Pala issue and many more. These were all due to the fact the previous Umno-Gerakan state government had mishandled the entire situation. And now in order to cover up their past misdeeds, the Umno leaders are putting the present state government in such a situati...

Penang SDO acting like a "de facto" chief minister

Since from the beginning of the federal appointed state development officer (SDO) in Penang, he does not seem to be acting like a full-fledge senior civil servant whose supposedly role is to ensure the relationship and communications between the federal and the state government are in line for the betterment of the people, development and the economy of the state. Every actions that has been carried out by the SDO had so far shows that he is acting like a politician. He is openly showing us that he is the federal appointed "de facto chief minister of Penang". Whenever there is a federal related functions, programmes or activities, the Penang SDO had always took up the role of the Penang chief minister to officiate them (where it was supposed to be officiated by the chief minister himself). We are not talking about the chief minister should take a grab on all functions, programmes or activities organized in the state but we stressing that our Penang state government should be ...

Penang SDO, a political animal of Umno

We wish to congratulate Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng for his outstanding performance in keeping the civil service in order. Please be informed that you are elected by us, therefore you and your state government are answerable to us and not to the federal government or whatsoever their appointed officers are. The state development officer (SDO) Nik Ali Mat Yunus has a lot to explain on so many of the unresolved issues particularly those of illegal sand mining on federal-owned lands in Penang. It is Guan Eng's right as head of the Penang state government to demand various explanations and details which involve the Penang state, be it whether the land is owned by the Umno-led federal government or any other people. As Chief Minister, Guan Eng has all the right. We voted him into Penang state in the last general election and he is answerable to us. Therefore, we are demanding the SDO Nik Ali to explain in detail not only to Guan Eng but to all the people...

Intensified factional fighting in Selangor Umno

Fierce rivalry and tantrums continue to split Selangor Umno as it struggles to find its footing more than two years after losing the countryā€™s wealthiest state to Pakatan Rakyat (PR). Party members are split between Selangor Umno deputy chief Datuk Seri Noh Omar and Selangor Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Dr Khir Toyo, both of whom are working ā€œindependentlyā€ and upstaging each other to impress state chief and party president Datuk Seri Najib Razak. Dr Khir, the former mentri besar, is widely blamed for losing Selangor in Election 2008 while Noh, the Agriculture and Agro-based Industries Minister, is seen as positioning himself as a potential mentri besar should Barisan Nasional (BN) win in the next general election. ā€œIt looks like they are competing with each other for the limelight rather than working to strengthen Umno Selangor,ā€ said a state assemblyman, who declined to be identified. Both Noh Omar and Dr Khir are struggling to stay politically relevant in the eyes of Najib, who has ...

The price increase a.k.a. subsidy cuts

Image
When the increase of the petrol price and several other consumer goods were announced by the Umno-led BN federal government last night, it came as a very rude shock and disappoint many in the general public, particularly the majority consist of the middle and lower income groups. With the increase of these items, the other link ones were also expected to increase drastically given the fact that all these price increases had a total impact to the economic and financial means of each areas. So, all of us will have to zip up our pockets and start eating only white rice and soy sauce or salted fish. The federal government which came as a shock to the entire nation also went against their earlier pledge to stand down from their attempt to go ahead with the price increases after our people's widespread protest onto this issue. The Umno-led BN had in fact broken their promises to put down their attempt to cut down on the subsidies and increase the prices in order to tackle other areas whi...

Two weeks? It is already one year today!

Image
When Teoh Beng Hock, the political assistant to a Selangor State Executive Councillor was found murdered at the Selangor MACC headquarters in Plaza Masalam in Shah Alam, the prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak who is also the Umno president promised the Teoh family that the magistrate's inquest on Beng Hock's murder will take two weeks and the most two months. But it is already one year now! According to Najib, the Teoh family could meet him again if they are not satisfied with the inquest and when Najib was requested to provide a guarantee letter to the family, he simply ignored them and had since continue to avoid the family's grievances despite their request to meet him again earlier. Besides, the MACC had also played a vital role in preventing key witnesses, particularly a renown Thai pathologist Dr Porntip Rojanasunand to testify in the inquest. Earlier, the MACC had also pledged to give its full cooperation in order to ensure the smooth running of the inquest but to...

Attempt destruction of press freedom ongoing

Image
It is very clear from the beginning that it has been a very clear attempt by the Umno-led BN federal government to use all its executive powers to curb the rising influences of the Pakatan Rakyat component parties, PKR, DAP and PAS. One after another of each of these Pakatan mouthpiece were denied their supposedly permit renewal, despite their renewal applications were made months ahead prior to the expiry of their respective permits. It shows that the Umno controlled Home Ministry's attempt to curb these newspapers from reporting the truth, justice to the public, exposing wrongdoings, scandals and government mismanagement of funds. First, it was Suara Keadilan whose publications permit was not renewed, coupled with few show cause letters, then they go after Harakah who was also slapped with two show cause letters and yesterday, they went to the DAP headquarters to also issue two show cause letters to the party's official publication The Rocket. It is very clear that the Home M...

Another Pakatan newspaper got show cause letter

Image
As expected, another Pakatan newspaper, this time the DAP's Rocket is being issued a show cause letter. According to the party's editorial, the home ministry simply delayed its application for permit renewal which was send earlier in order to issue a show cause letter onto them. The Rocket was the latest victim of the home ministry's move to purge all Pakatan related newspapers. The first two were Suara Keadilan and Harakah. It looks like the Umno-led BN federal government is working on purging all alternative medias in order to ensure its image is not affected by reports on its various scandals, power abuses and mismanagement of public funds. Guess, who will be the next?

After two years of GE, Umno is still campaigning

Image
After the general election two years ago, coupled with a few by-elections, Umno/BN is still campaigning here and there. They are still politicking, trying to discredit their opponents from Pakatan Rakyat as much as possible. Recently, Najib and his men organised a Felda's rally to denounce Pakatan Rakyat for their efforts to expose the later's mismanagement and missing funds. Umno/BN and Najib's condemnation on Pakatan and their allies were made almost daily. Until today, right now at this moment, Umno/BN is still politicking and campaigning. Maybe, Najib was right, he is going to call for a snap polls soon. He said he and Umno is ready. To hell with MCA, MIC, Gerakan or PPP even if they are not ready. As long as Umno is ready, that will be fine. The extensive politicking by the current Umno-led BN federal government, particularly of those from Umno side almost everyday shows that they are not interested in governing the nation for the betterment of our people at all. Umno/...

Is Umno planning to shut down all Pakatan source?

Image
First you see the Suara Keadilan newspaper's permit renewal has been suspended because of its massive reporting on the truth, justice and democracy. Now, it is reported that Harakah Daily newspaper was being issued a show-cause letter by the home affairs ministry. Next victim, will it be The Rocket's turn? Traditional mainstream medias and newspapers in our nation are either Umno/BN-owned or pro-Umno/BN piece. Because of the growing influence of Pakatan Rakyat amongst the people and the overly one-sided reports of these Umno/BN medias and press, these traditional source of information are no longer relevant to majority of our people. Our people of today wanted a well-balance source of information no only from one side but from both sides of the politics in order to review and to make their decisions for the future of the nation which they are all entitled to in accordance to the Federal Constitution. This is what we considered as Freedom of Thought. That is why most of us today...

Heavenly kingdom in Putrajaya, symbol of Umno-BN dictatorship and power abuse

Image
Putrajaya, the current administrative capital of the Umno-led BN federal government was a brainchild of former premier Dr Mahathir Mohammad. He spend billions of Ringgit in developing the district and have it upgraded into a Federal Territory as soon as the construction of the new capital was completed. Then, he instructed the development of a heavenly kingdom within Putrajaya which symbolised the Umno-BN's decades of rule by constructing monuments like the "Astaka Morocco" and the "Monumen Alaf Baru" which he claimed will attract visitors to the new capital. The construction of the so-called heavenly kingdom within Putrajaya cost them another RM41.0 million and couple with another, say about RM400,000.00 annually for maintenance and to upkeep the area on regular basis. Does all these benefit or bring any good for our people? No wonder the federal government said they are going to bankrupt soon. This is what happens when these monuments and huge structures are c...

Is KD Tunku Abdul Rahman sinking?

Image
We want to put this question to the prime minister and the defense ministry, is our nation's first ever submarine KD Tunku Abdul Rahman going to sink? Right now the submarine had continue remain in the Teluk Sepanggar Naval Base in Sabah for several months now because of several undisclosed technical problems. Routine maintenance checks had later revealed that more technical problems were detected which resulted the submarine to remain docked until further notice. Well, what do we know here? It is a second hand submarine which was bought from France by the then defense minister who is the current prime minister of our nation. It was bought along with another submarine named KD Tun Abdul Razak which had recently arrived on 2 July. What if KD Tun Abdul Razak is also unfit for diving? What if it is also declared unsafe for full operation? There goes maintenance, repair, getting spare parts, repair, test and repair again and again. All these will cost the federal government billions in...

Penan rapes and purge in Sarawak

Image
When the Sarawak PBB-led BN state government made a statement denying that the people of the Penan tribe were being purge, their girls, women and boys are being raped, sodomised, brutalised and exploited, the authorities choose not to step in to initiate their investigation. Why? Just because the BN government there said there is none, and so the police need no start their investigation? Or maybe because all those crimes are of state BN-link? Come on! Those poor victims had came out to point at their aggressors. The rape victims, those who had been brutalised, tortured are coming out to identify all those criminals and their collaborators as well. Why are the police and the other authorities not taking any serious action on this? Where is justice? Is it because they are poor, uneducated and can't communicate well, justice need not to be served on them? A barbaric culture and the animal kind of rule are now taking shape in Sarawak under the leadership of the BN there. Here, when a b...

Reveal Apco deal in public

Image
The Umno-led BN federal government of Najib Razak had recently announced that they had renewed its contract with Apco Worldwide for another one more year. And the renewed contract value is USD24 million (RM78.7 million) per annum. But according to Apco's source they will be paid about USD100,000.00 per month under this new contract. So, what about the balance of total amount which was not mentioned? No transparency at all. If the federal government says this deal has been signed in a proper manner, then show the transaction to the public or make it available in parliament for scrutiny and debate. Do not hide behind the Official Secrets Act (OSA) in order to cover up on what you have been doing. This involved public funds and of public interest. The other issue is, why does the federal government need to engage a foreign consultant to advise them on their corporate governance, security and public relations. Don't our own country have that kind of suitable and qualify consultants...

Economy may slow down on second half. Why blame us?

Image
According to prime minister and Umno president Najib Razak today, the economy of our nation is expected to slow down during the second half of this year. Najib reason that one of the factor which contributed to slowing down was his government's various economic reforms and spending cuts cannot be implemented due to stiff opposition from the general public. We would like to point this out to Najib. Do not blame the stiff public opposition to your various reforms for the economic failure. It was the corruption, mismanagement, power abuses and criminal breach of trust (CBT) that is bringing down the entire nation's economy. Face the facts please, it was due to all these negative elements within your Umno-led federal administration and agencies that are causing the public funds and the treasury to dry up. Why blame our stiff opposition? We opposed to your various economic reforms because you are reluctant or not serious enough to go after all those who are corrupted, who took away ...

The BN component parties' fear

Image
Recently, the Umno leaders led by its party president Najib Razak said they are ready for a possible snap general election and made many predictions on the upcoming polls which might take place anytime this year round. However, the MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek yesterday said otherwise, confirming that his party, doubt to be the second largest in the BN coalition, is no really ready to face the electorate in the snap general election. Is MIC really ready for the polls? The current BN Indian based political party is facing a leadership crisis, where its leaders and members are beginning to revolt against their dictatorial party leader for staying too long and damaging the party. Where is Gerakan, left with only two parliamentary seats could hardly survive. Recently, a new group within the party had emerged calling for the party to look into its own organization and politics seriously, which includes reviewing the possibility of withdrawing fron the BN coalition. PPP complete wiped out i...

MIC president to crush his opponents

Image
In today's NST newspaper report, MIC president Datuk S.Samy Vellu vowed to crush all his political opponents and told the press that no one could even touch him. Wow! Just imagine how he would crush all his political opponents. He hates them so much until he could say this words in front of the public view. The recent rally organized by those who oppose Samy also saw some of his henchmen send over there to "crush" them, but to no avail as those who oppose the MIC president were simply far too many for the Samy's men to do anything. Since he wanted to crush all those who oppose his dictatorship, let us all crush him completely in the next general election to come. To reform MIC now is impossible. Crush this Samy Vellu and his MIC for good! Don't leave even a single piece of him in the next political arena.

The DPM's words are inaccurate

Image
The statement made by the deputy prime minister cum Umno deputy president (no need to mention his name at all), saying that PKR and its leader Anwar Ibrahim were the ones who created disunity in the Malay community. We wish to respond and inform the people that what this guy mentioned yesterday was totally wrong and his aim was to confuse the people and the general public on the current political situation. Right now, the entire segment of the Malay community are confused and not united all just because of Umno and no one else. If they still insist that it was PKR who did it, ask them this question: Who rule this country for more than 50 years since independence? Not only this, even the so-called New Economic Policy (NEP) that Umno introduced decades ago split the community into two right in front of our eyes i.e. the Malay elites and the Malay commoners. All of Umno's policies from the beginning till today had indeed divided the entire communities in this country. Today, they are ...

The way Umno remain in power

Image
Why after more than 50 years of our nation's independence, the majority in the Malay and the other bumiputra communities still lacks behind. Why after more than 50 years these two sections of the bumiputras are still suffering from backwardness despite about more than hundreds of government corporations and agencies established to enhance the livelihood of these people? The major question here is, why are they still lack behind despite Umno's continuous victory in so many general elections? Some of them do not even have the basic needs to live as citizen of this country, some of them still do not get water or electricity supplies, some of them could not even afford the basic education and some of them are still seen living in old and broken huts like the one shown above here. The New Economic Policy (NEP) did not even reach them at all. A careful analysis has been made on how Umno had brought about their continuous victory and how they managed to maintain their influence in the...

Who drag race into new palace woes?

Image
Who dragged the race issue into the new Istana Negara construction problem? Not Malaysiakini, not The Star, but it was an Umno racist politician who claimed himself a senator who did so. The racist politician, named Ezam Mohd Nor is now trying to manipulate the palace issue into a racial one by saying that the said news portal and newspaper's reports had undermined the royal institution and the Malay race. He said it, mentioned it and immediately he put the blamed on others. It shows that this man is a brutal racist, clearly dragging the racial issue into the new palace construction. Malaysiakini and The Star only reported about the grievances of the foreign workers hired to construct the new Istana Negara in Jalan Duta. So, how on earth does these two reporting undermine the royal institution and the Malay race? Do the reports say that the king himself is responsible for the salaries and is late in paying the workers? Did any of the reports mentioned that the king is also responsi...

Apa? perkasa sangatkah mereka ni?

Image

Felda is overly Bankrupt

Image
The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) is already bankrupt, bankrupt, bankrupt and bankrupt! There is no way they can recover from their losses anymore. Why do we say they are bankrupt? They are bankrupt in terms of ideas, bankrupt in terms of policy making, bankrupt in terms of wisdom, bankrupt in terms of management aspects and just because they are so many bankrupt indications, they are now bankrupt in terms of finance. Just look at how they waste the public funds, they now wanted to develop and build a brand new six-star luxurious Menara Felda (their new headquarters) which costs billions of Ringgit in construction. For what? For the Felda settlers to stay? What will happen to the old Felda headquarters once they move to the new Menara Felda? Turn the old one into a museum? Just like the other federal government's plans and projects. They build a new Sri Perdana in Putrajaya and the old Seri Perdana in Kuala Lumpur has been turned into a museum, they are now constructin...
