DPM said he is only Malaysian second

The deputy prime minister Muhyiddin Yassin said Wednesday that he would be shunned by his own race if he did not regard himself "Malay first" instead of being "Malaysian first". This means you and your party, Umno did not educate your community on the importance of being a Malaysian and the importance of identifying oneself as a Malaysian citizen. After 52 years and three months of Umno's rule over this nation, you had failed to let your community know that the country that they called home is Malaysia. For decades you and Umno had always prefer to divide and rule where you govern this nation based on race and not nationality. So when you travel abroad, are you going to introduce yourself as "I am a Malay deputy prime minister" or "I am a Malaysian deputy prime minister"? How do you address your MCA ministers then? Ong Tee Keat - Chinese transport minister, Kong Cho Ha - Chinese housing & local government minister, Dr Ng Yen Yen - Chinese...

Why did BN used APCO for 1Malaysia?

Image
First of all, why did the Umno-led BN federal government under the leadership of premier Datuk Seri Najib Razak used a foreign based communications consultancy firm like APCO to create and develop the 1Malaysia ideas and concept? The other thing is, the BN federal government did not go directly to APCO to seek for its services, but instead it went through a local firm called Ethos Consulting Group. This means billions and billions of Ringgit of our taxpayers' money has been used not only to pay APCO for their service but also commission was also paid to Ethos Consulting Group as introductory fee for recommending APCO into Malaysia. Aren't there any local communications or public relations consultancy firms that are good and expert enough to advise the BN federal government on drafting the 1Malaysia ideas and concept? We simply do not understand why did the BN federal government prefer to spend billions of US Dollars to hire a foreign consultancy to serve their interest instead ...

Defect buildings in Terengganu

Image
First a stadium in Terengganu named after the present Yang Dipertuan Agong collapsed and luckily no one was in that particular area on that day. What if a sports event or a function were to be held on that very day? Many people may have lost their lives then. Then recently another case, this time the Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) building collapsed killing one construction worker. The UMT building is still under construction and the completion is about 75% when the tragedy happened the day before. We would not know which building in Terengganu will be the next to collapse, but we wish to remind our Terengganu friends to better get ready for another collapse if they want to visit any of the government departments or agencies offices. What are the causes to all these? One thing is certain! Corruption, corruption and corruption, and no other excuses. Umno has been ruling Terengganu for decades and these are the results today. The corruption not only tainted the state administration...

Umno warlord declares war on Gerakan

Image
It seems that the relationship between the Bukit Bendera Umno division and Penang Gerakan is going to remain strained. The Umno warlord Ahmad Ismail whose membership suspension was lifted last December for his apparent racist remarks and insults to the Chinese community had insisted that Gerakan and its leaders should apologize publicly to him for the suspension he had undergone. And now the Penang Gerakan leaders only rebuked Ahmad's demand and to avoid his repeating calls for a public apology, had decided to move one step backward. In handling Umno racism, Gerakan had failed to stand by its commitment, that is multiracial approach and to uphold the Bangsa Malaysia concept that they are fighting for. Are they really fighting for the Bangsa Malaysia concept anyway? If you claim that you are all for Bangsa Malaysia, why are you still in the BN coalition? In the BN coalition itself, it is already full of racism, Umno being the dominant one, then MCA and MIC are all political parties ...

APCO and ASERO relationship

Image
APCOā€™s involvement in various intelligence and security-related projects is done through its strategic partner and sister company ASERO Worldwide. While APCOā€™s expertise is in the field of communications, ASERO specializes in homeland security and risk management consultancy. APCO and ASERO have many overlapping consultants and management members. For example, Doron Bergerbest-Eilon who sits on APCOā€™s International Advisory Council was also founder and president of ASERO Worldwide. Doron Bergerbest-Eilon (pic) was formerly a senior high ranking security official of the Israeli Security Agency (ISA). He was the head of the protection and security division and held a position equivalent to the rank of major-general. His dedication to Israeli secret service has even earned him a prestigious Directorā€™s Recognition Award by the U.S. Secret Service. Mara Hedgecoth, the daughter of APCO CEO and President Margery Kraus also sits in ASERO as Vice President. At the same time, Mara Hedgecoth also...

Anwar reveals proof of One Israel-1Malaysia connection

Image
PKR Advisor and Opposition Leader Anwar Ibrahim today submitted documentary evidence in Parliament to back his allegation about the link between US-based public relations firm APCO Worldwide, the 'One Israel' concept and the Malaysian government. Explaining the matter in the Dewan Rakyat earlier, Anwar mentioned that the government was first introduced to APCO by one Omar Mustapha, a close accquaintance of Najib. "Omar was reported to have introduced APCO to the government as its consultant, and its (APCO's) adviser was stationed in the Prime Minister's Office after Najib took over as prime minister. But this did not go down well with some of the government officials," he said. According to him, there were two types of agreement that the Malaysian government signed with APCO last year, in order to "improve the Malaysian government's image". The strange part, he noted, was that the deal was not inked by any top government officials. "It was ...

The missing RM52 billion Bumi shares

Image
The Umno-led BN federal government should explain thoroughly to the people especially to all Bumiputras on why the RM52 billion worth of shares in public listed companies that were allocated to the Bumiputras under affirmative action policies were missing and no longer in their hands. Where had all the RM52 billion worth of shares went to? Umno who claimed to be championing the Bumiputra Malay cause is not even aware that these billions of shares were missing all these while? Perkasa, you said you are championing the Malay rights and its economical welfare of the said race and yet you did not even know that shares allocated to Bumiputras went missing under the hands of the Umno governance just like that. What sort of "pejuang bangsa" are you anyway? We hope the Pakatan Rakyat parliamentarians will quickly table a motion in parliament to discuss this issue. If this case remains unresolved, the parliament should then move a motion to put forward a recommendation to the Yang DiP...

Is the police threatening Anwar Ibrahim?

Image
No doubting it but Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has to be the 'Marathon Man' of Malaysian politics if he's to succeed at running the gauntlet of legal, political, and even, physical obstacles to Putrajaya. Datuk Seri Anwar's already obstacle-strewn path to power was made more carking by three police road blocks on the North-South Highway which delayed his appearance at a function organized by the Pakatan Rakyat. We want to ask the inspector-general of police (IGP) and the home affairs minister, are they mobilizing the police force of the entire nation to watch over Datuk Seri Anwar's movement? Why create all the unnecessary road blocks which caused massive traffic jams and road disorders in order to watch over a man, who is like any other Malaysian, have his every constitutional rights to move about? We heard from the IGP earlier that he promised to mobilize the police force to combat the increasing crime rate in our nation but what he is doing now is ...

Parliament turned into a battleground by BN MPs

Image
It is very obvious that the parliament of our nation today had been deliberately turned into a battleground just to satisfy the lusts, angers and hates from the hearts of the Umno-led BN parliamentarians. The parliamentary sessions were supposed to be a place where both government and opposition parliamentarians are to discuss and debate issues and matters related to the governance and the interest of our nation. But with grave disappointment, the Umno parliamentarians had turned the parliament into a large battleground for them to launch continuously attacks on their opposition Pakatan counterparts, where the personalities of the later were often touched on simply because they are oppositions. When the Pakatan parliamentarians tried to move forward on matters relating to the governance, administrative issues and other matters in relation with the interest of our nation, these Umno parliamentarians are quick to stand up to pick on the opposition bench very often too personal. The Umno ...

Where is your corruption evidence, Gerakan?

Penang Gerakan chairman Datuk Dr Teng Hock Nan had earlier claimed that the Senior Citizens Appreciation Program amounting to RM100 per year is aimed to bribe the people into voting for the Pakatan Rakyat in the general elections. First, during the official launching of the Senior Citizens Appreciation Program recently, is there a general election going on? Is there a by-election going on? Are there any elections for local councils and the village committees? No, no elections at all in Penang. The Penang state government had requested Dr Teng to provide the evidence of corruption arise in this appreciation program for the senior citizens and challenged him to make a report at the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) but to-date he has yet to take up the both challenges. Where is Dr Teng hiding now? We urge him to come up with his evidence and make a report at the MACC as soon as possible if he is brave enough to do so. We want to repeat our challenge on Dr Teng.

MEF's reluctance over pension fund riles MTUC

The Malaysian Trade Union Congress (MTUC) has rapped the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) for griping about the ā€œunfairnessā€ of governmentā€™s proposed pension and retrenchment funds. Its president, Syed Shahir Syed Mohamud, said: ā€œIf it is a question of unfairness, then what about the unfairness of employers to the employees?ā€ Syed Shahir was responding to MEFā€™s appeal to the Human Resources Ministry to reconsider its proposal to set up new pension and retrenchment funds. The MEF is not in favour of the proposal, claiming it will have a major impact on the cost of doing business. MEF felt that the funds were unfair and costly for private sector employers as they would have to make a statutory contribution to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and also to the proposed new ones. Said Syed Shahir: ā€œItā€™s not only mandatory for the employers, but the employees, too, have to contribute to EPF. ā€œIn fact, the employers are only contributing 1% (12% of their employeesā€™ monthly sa...

Kelantan royal coup d'etat. Who are the traitors?

Police last night had arrested the private secretary to the Sultan of Kelantan, Datuk Wan Hashim Wan Daud, hours after he announced the removal of the Regent Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra without the state succession councilā€™s authorisation. Wan Hashim, who was appointed as private secretary to Sultan Ismail Petra last week, was seen being brought into the state police headquarters. Meanwhile, the Kelantan palace crisis deepened with a new royal panel chief being named to replace the Sultan's choice of a regent while his private secretary remains in police custody. Tengku Abdul Halim Alhaj Sultan Ibrahim has been named to chair the State Succession Council (MPN) which decides on the Kelantan monarchy, replacing Tengku Abdul Aziz Hamzah whom the Sultan had appointed as Regent. MPN secretary Datuk Mohd Aiseri Alias had said Tengku Abdul Aziz's appointment was illegal and the Rulerā€™s son, Tengku Muhammad Faris Petra Sultan Ismail Petra is still the Regent. During the cou...

Middle Malaysia for All Malaysians

Middle Malaysia is about taking the middle ground where the vast majority of Malaysians stand, while leaving our political enemies to take the extremist positions on either side of the divide. This must be achieved by threading the middle path of inclusiveness, equal opportunities and by ending discrimination. Middle Malaysia prefers co-operation not conflict, consultation instead of confrontation and an inclusive shared society rather than an exclusive separate society. A shared society is one that celebrates diversity and assures everyone a place in society by guaranteeing:- Democratic Participation, Respect for Diversity and Human Dignity, Offering Equal Opportunity, Protection from Discrimination In short, Middle Malaysia belongs to every Malaysian. Middle Malaysia is also made up of a new breed of voters who want more accountability from the government and they will not hesitate to show their dissatisfaction through the ballot box if we do not perform up to task. These are voters ...

Is the IGP afraid of his own allegation?

Recently, the inspector-general of police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hasan had made an allegation that a powerful third force from the ruling political elite is interfering in the day to day operation of the police force. And we all did asked him to provide the evidence to the public in order to justify his allegations, but to-date, we have yet to obtain any information from the IGP on his alleged third force interference in the police force. There are some questions now, is Musa lying to the public? Has he gone mad with his boss, the home affairs minister Datuk Hishammuddin Hussein on certain issues related to the nation's police force? Why is Musa avoiding this issue right now? He is now bringing a number of political motivated reports into the police investigation (even there are no official police reports lodge) in order to divert the public attention away from his original "third force intervention" claim, hoping that we will forget about it. Well, we all still remember of w...

Utusan committed treason

Utusan Malaysia in its recent article criticized the decision made by the Sultan of Selangor who confirmed that His Royal Highness will not attend the first annual general meeting of the racist organization Perkasa Selangor branch. Utusan Malaysia had committed a treason for questioning the Sultan's decision not to attend the racist oriented event. Why isn't there any action taken against this newspaper? Utusan Malaysia had all this while been giving inaccurate information and other seditious racist remarks in its report which caused a number of racial uproars. But when Bukit Gelugor MP Karpal Singh publicly informed the Sultan of Perak on an inaccurate decision which regards on the Perak Umno rebel state government, Karpal was immediately branded as a traitor and cited that he had committed a treason in the name of democracy. Utusan Malaysia had openly questioned and criticized the Sultan of Selangor on the Perkasa issue. So, why isn't this newspaper being charged in the ...

EC blocked local council elections, use GPC as an alternative

In my previous blog article , I had proposed the General People's Congress (GPC) as an alternative solution to the blockade on the local council elections initiative made by both the Penang and Selangor state governments. Today, all of us had just heard that the Elections Commission (EC) will not conduct the elections for the local councils for these two states. It is very clear that the prime minister who is also the Umno president did not want this election to be held at the basic level for fear of further losing its popularity at the grassroots level. We all knew that the Local Government Elections Act 1960 still exists and has not been repealed, but to fight this out in the court it will take a very long time given to the fact that the current judiciary system is often being manipulated by the Umno-led BN federal government. It has been proven in the case of Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy trial, the Perak coup d'etat and constitutional crisis, and the magistrate'...

Penang state govt questions ECā€™s neutrality on third vote

The Penang state government today questioned the neutrality of the Election Commission (EC) after it turned down the request for local government elections without consultation with the state. Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng said the state had requested to discuss the local polls request with the EC via a letter dated March 4 after its executive councillors on March 3 unanimously agreed to hold local elections for the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) and Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP). He maintained that Article 113(4) of the Federal Constitution empowered the EC to conduct elections apart from those involving state and parliamentary elections, stressing that the Penang government also was relying on provisions in the Local Government Act 1976 and the Local Government Elections Act 1960 in restoring the local government elections. "The Local Government Elections Act 1960 has not been repealed. If the EC is unsure whether it has th...

IGP must prove who were the powerful third forces

According the the inspector-general of police Tan Sri Musa Hasan recently, there is a powerful third force intervention in the police force. First of all, why did Musa make this claim right now? Because his contract as IGP will not be renewed, and therefore, he wanted to spill our some of his frustrations? Who allowed the police force to be manipulated and used by various quarters of powerful politicians to advance their political interest and to maintain their political survival? Did Musa only realize recently that these powerful politicians are getting involve in the chain of command of the police force? If this is true, what he has been doing all these while? Sleeping on his job or just ignoring the interference for the sake of his own survival and since he knew that by September he will be soon out of job, he decided to tell the public of his frustrations? Since Musa had spilled the dirt in public, this allegation must be a very serious one which has to be brought up and discussed ...

Let us all be Malaysiaputras

Image
After 52 years and three months, our country called Malaysia today is still racially divided at the pleasure of the current ruling Umno-led Barisan Nasional (BN) federal government. Thanks to BN, today we all still view each other as Malay, Chinese, Indian, Sikh, Serani, Kadazan, Dayak and so on. Thanks to BN today we still see something that are Malays Only, Chinese Only, Indians Only, etc. Thanks to BN, our country is still torn apart racially due to Umno, the dominant coalition partner who reign supreme over others. And finally thanks to Umno who continue to split our nation in pieces till today. Why define our fellow Malaysians in accordance to race, categories and status? Why institute and impose laws that are dividing our fellow Malaysians in terms of education, finance, economy and social standings? We are all citizens of Malaysia after all. We are born and grew up in this country. The word Bumiputra was created in order to identify those who are non-Bumiputras. The current poli...

China Press top editor given a two week suspension

Image
The latest information confirmed that the vernacular newspaper has suspended its editor-in-chief Teoh Yong Khoon for two weeks, effective immediatedly. The newspaper also published a formal apology to the home affairs minister and the inspector-general of police for alleged "false" report. Then after his suspension, will Teoh be asked to resign? What was Teoh's actual mistake? Because he published the news on the IGP's intended resignation too early or is it because he published the leaked government information from Bukit Aman? Which one of these two? Teoh's suspension was believed to be part of a deal brokered by officials of the home affairs ministry with the directors of the said newspaper in order not to suspend the publications permit of the Chinese language press. Anyway, should this question is being forwarded to the public for scrutiny, the ministry officials are certain to deny this "open secret". A very well-planned cover-up but not a smart on...

Mystery behind Musa's resignation

Image
Yes, there is in fact a mystery behind the inspector-general of police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hasan's resignation. A respectable source confirmed that Musa did tendered his resignation earlier but he was asked to retract it by home minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein in order to save the later's face from public scrutiny. As the result, China Press who had reported the resignation too early was given a show cause letter for an alleged lie that they had never say. It is just that they had reported it too early through a leak from Bukit Aman. And all a sudden, Hishammuddin today revealed that a transition process was taking place in the police force, which will see Musa relinquishing his post after his contract expires on Sept 13. However, Hishammuddin also insisted that China Press had made a false report. The minister said that besides slapping the Chinese daily with a show-cause letter on March 13, a company representative from China Press was also summoned to the ministry th...

Local council elections : GPC can be a solution

Image
We applaud the initiatives taken by both the Penang and Selangor state governments to reintroduce the local council elections in their respective states recently. This move is in line with the promise made by Pakatan Rakyat in the last general elections. However, the stumbling blocks to this effort are the Section 15 of the Local Government Act 1976 which requires all local councillors and municipal presidents to be appointed and prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak who said that "the local council elections was abolished a long time ago, so there is no need to revive it as it would increase politicking". What if the Penang and Selangor state governments decide to ignore the provisions in the Local Government Act 1976 and the Election Commission (EC) did not want to manage the local council elections? And both states then decide to organize and hold their local council elections anyway. Will the Umno-led BN federal government invoke a state of emergency in these two states a...

China Press given show cause letter, Utusan got the congrats letter

Image
The home affairs ministry today issued a show cause letter to China Press over its exclusive report that Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hassan had handed in his resignation letter. China Press had been given seven days to give a written reply to the show cause letter which was issued under Section 8A of the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984 (Act 301). While China Press got the big hit from the ministry for its "overly expected" report on the IGP's resignation, Utusan Malaysia got the "congratulatory" letter from the ministry for their "good job" done in publishing lies, false reports, racist oriented reports, attempt instigation of riots and create disturbance, encourage demonstrations, accusations, advancing hatred, violence, revenge, racial disintegration, disunity and threatening the national security and public order of our nation. When the Third Reich reign over Germany from 1935 to 1945, the Nazi Party expanded its racist...

GST bill temporary put off, Umno plans its next move to attack the people

Image
The Umno-led BN federal government had today announced that the tabling of the Goods and Services Tax (GST) which was supposed to be tabled in parliament's next session has been put off temporary citing tat they needed more time to obtain "feedback" from the people. Well, the people had won the first round war against the GST implementation and we may not know what is going to be on the second round. However, if the Umno-led BN coalition insist of getting the GST implemented, we must be prepared to face the consequences. Meanwhile, the organizers of the anti-GST protest in front of the parliament building on next Monday are urging the police to give the demonstrators one hour to express their opposition to the new tax, which they said would punish the poor. Umno needs to do a lot of explanation on how are we going to feel better and comfortable when we who are the ones who actually pay the highest amount of taxes in this country, are suddenly being labeled as 'pend...

Akib...

Gerakan in limbo

We want to ask Gerakan, are they still upholding their non-racial approach and Bangsa Malaysia concept? Are they still pinning on hope that one day Umno will repent and say sorry to all of its BN component parties? No way Umno is going to do that. Umno is too arrogant to even be humble and work for the interest of the people. Umno is too arrogant and will always insist of its supremacist and racist ideology and concept. This is Umno's way and they can never change. Umno is always in denial mode. So, why is Gerakan still backing the racist party? Your Kedah Gerakan youth chief Tan Kheng Liang had voiced out his opposition to the Umno president Datuk Najib Razak's decision to ignore the call for the revival of the local government elections and the Penang Gerakan chairman Dr Teng Hock Nan's urge to Umno not to accept Kulim Bandar Baru MP Zulkifli Noordin as a member will not be accepted at all by any Umno leaders. Today, the Selangor Umno had openly slammed Dr Teng's stat...

Putrajaya not interested to restore third vote

The Umno-led federal government is not interested to restore the local council elections as it will not necessarily improve public services, said Datuk Najib Razak. The prime minister who is also the Umno president was responding to the move by the Selangor and Penang state governments to get the Election Commission (EC) to conduct local government elections in the two states. From Najib's point of view, we could see that he is afraid of the people's verdict onto municipal councils and its administration. He is so afraid that if the local council election is a success in both Selangor and Penang states, the people would further urge the federal to open up the local councils in other states for elections as well. Yes, because if local council elections are being held, where the councillors and its municipal presidents are being elected, there will be transparency and accountability. And once these two criteria are in place, then competency will come into picture. Then, these loc...

What does MCA really mean to us?

What does MCA really mean to us actually?According to records, it is said to be the second largest component party in the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition front claimed to be an official voice of the Malaysian Chinese community. So far, what had MCA done for our six million Malaysian Chinese community until today? Have they ever fight the various injustice imposed onto our Malaysian Chinese community by the more powerful and supreme Umno, the dominant party in the BN coalition? Well, each time when MCA tries to effectively speak for our Malaysian Chinese community, Umno will certainly put a big bang onto their number two coalition partner and when it does, MCA will finally back down and move ten steps backwards. It means, surrender, give up. For what? For the sake of continue sitting in their various ministerial positions. They fear their positions will be taken away by the more supreme and powerful Umno if they were to speak up again. They are afraid of losing their powers. So does bac...

Penang restores local government elections

Two days before Pakatan Rakyat (PR) celebrates its second anniversary of its takeover of Penang, the state government announces it has moved to restore local council elections. The announcement came as one of the pledge made by the PR at the last general elections. The two local councils expected to be involved in this electoral process are the Seberang Perai Municipal Council (MPSP) which takes charge of the mainland municipality and the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) holds the island's municipality. Because of the increasing responsibilities and growing population in the Penang island, there are also proposals to break up the MPPP into several municipalities in order to enhance its effectiveness but so far, it has yet to get the nod from the housing and local government ministry. In the letter addressed to Elections Commission (EC), Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng said the state was asking the commission to commence and conduct the local government e...

Stop harassing our Penang Chief Minister

Image
The political motivated police force should stop their irresponsible tactics of continue harassing our Penang Chief Minister and DAP Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng and leave him alone. Guan Eng got a lots of duties and responsibilities to carry out daily for the people and it is not an easy task of running the Penang state government. We are seeing the continuous harassment by the police on Guan Eng as an act of sabotage and has a clear intention to destabilize the state government and its administration. They are hoping to obtain some "evidence" in order to make an arrest. The police must remember, we as taxpayers are paying you to fight crime and arrest all those real crooks but you did not do so. The real crooks who disguised themselves under various NGOs held violent demonstrations, issuing threats, hate messages and attempting to topple the state government were not at all arrested all because they are all supporters of Umno and the ketuanan agenda. This is blatant power...

PKR should stay focus and move forward

PAS and DAP had came together to voiced their support for their fellow Pakatan Rakyat (PR) component party, PKR in face of the current situation, where two of its members of parliament with another two former leaders resigned from the party. We want to advise PKR to stop being upset just because these two MPs left your party, thus reducing the number of seats in the parliament. To us, it is better that you see the true colours of these traitors now, rather than in the next general elections. Right now, you are still able to carry out your damage control by having your candidate selection system revamped so that you would not repeat the mistake again in the coming general election by selecting the wrong and unclean candidates to contest under PR ticket. The more traitors and members who are not sincere in pursuing the PR objectives that you discover now, the better it is. In fact, PKR should be thankful that all these traitors to the PR cause are being dug out so fast rather than later....

MCA kata Perkasa rosakkan ketenteraman negara.
