IGP must prove who were the powerful third forces
According the the inspector-general of police Tan Sri Musa Hasan recently, there is a powerful third force intervention in the police force.
First of all, why did Musa make this claim right now? Because his contract as IGP will not be renewed, and therefore, he wanted to spill our some of his frustrations? Who allowed the police force to be manipulated and used by various quarters of powerful politicians to advance their political interest and to maintain their political survival?
Did Musa only realize recently that these powerful politicians are getting involve in the chain of command of the police force? If this is true, what he has been doing all these while? Sleeping on his job or just ignoring the interference for the sake of his own survival and since he knew that by September he will be soon out of job, he decided to tell the public of his frustrations?
Since Musa had spilled the dirt in public, this allegation must be a very serious one which has to be brought up and discussed in the parliament and a royal commission must be appointed to commence its inquiry onto Musa's claim.
But does Musa have enough guts to stand out in order to prove his allegations in public? This is another big question that Musa need to answer himself.
