BN's unresolved scandals and outstanding issuesd
Despite so many pledge by the Najib's administration to implement this and implement that, to resolve this issues and to investigate this scandals or that scandals, we could see till today nothing concrete has been done to fully resolve all those scandals and outstanding issues that our people had demanded.
That means Najib's Umno-led BN federal government is insincere towards their self-professed reform for the betterment of our nation and to our general public. They just don't care and prefer to sweep everything under the carpet.
Here are the list of some many of the unresolved scandals and cases,
1) Maika Holdings Bhd scandal;
2) Maju Institute of Educational Development (MIED) scandal;
3) AIMST University mismanagement of funds;
4) Port Klang Free Zone (KFZ) scandal;
5) The missing F5E jet engine case;
6) The recently acquired secondhand navy submarine that cannot dive properly;
7) FELDA fund mismanagement;
8) Sime Darby Bhd's massive losses and mismanagement;
9) APCO Worldwide breach of security scandal;
10) Sabah chief minister Musa Aman's illegal money laundering in Hong Kong;
11) MCA president Chua Soi Lek's oral sex case;
12) Altantuya Shaaribbu's murder case;
13) The Perak coup d'etat and constitutional crisis;
14) Former Selangor Umno chief Dr Mohd Khir Toyo's multi billion Ringgit palace;
15) Penang Umno secretary Azhar Ibrahim's threat to kill Sin Chew reporter Tan Hoon Cheng;
16) Former Selangor Umno chief Dr Mohd Khir Toyo's mosque azan controversy;
17) The United College Sarawak (UCS) dubious disposal;
18) The V.K. Lingam judiciary conspiracy;
19) Selangor state Exco's aide Teoh Beng Hock murder case;
20) Sabah Foundation mismanagement of funds;

Outstanding issues to-date were as follows,
1) The establishment of the Constitutional Court;
2) The establishment of the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) to address issues and public grievances against the force;
3) The proposed Race Relations Act to curb racial and religious extremism;
4) The proposed Inter-Faith Commission (IFC) to promote understanding and dialogues amongst religions and faiths;
5) To abolish the University and University Colleges Act (UUCA);
6) To abolish the Sedition Act;
7) To abolish the Official Secrets Act;
8) To abolish the Publications and Printing Press Act;
9) To abolish the Internal Security Act (ISA);
10) The immediate resignation of the current Inspector-General of Police.
These scandals, cases and issues shall remain unresolved and outstanding as long as the BN continues to govern the nation. To resolve all these, we must bravely opt for change or else, the Darth Vader will continue to haunt our nation.
