Abolishing ISA, BN government insincere

The Umno president is making it simple and by telling the people only a little of it, thinking that our minds are very simple too. Is Najib trying to fool us? In his announcement to nation saying that the ISA will be abolished, he did not say when will the ISA be abolished.
Besides only planning to abolish the ISA, Najib also didn't pledge no to work out another set of draconian law similar to the ISA. Immediately after Najib's announcement on the ISA repeal, we heard voices from the home affairs ministry officials saying that another sets of draconian laws were being planned to replace the ISA very, very soon.
This means, only the name will be repealed and the entire set of the ISA contents will come under a new name, we supposed. And this clearly demonstrates the insincerity of the BN government and their leaders in moving our nation out of this outdated law and its brutality.
Apart from that, the BN government also failed to look into the other repressive laws such as, the Printing Presses and Publications Act 1984, the Universities and University Colleges Act (which limits and suppress the students movements), the Societies Act, the British-modeled Restricted Residence Act 1933 as well as the Emergency Act (Required Powers), 1964.
All these laws too are very oppressive, restricting our people's voice and the students' rights to participate and create political awareness, too many restrictions and regulations to register an association or political party and furthermore, what emergency are they talking about for now?
The BN government and their leaders are not only insincere but they are also repealing these draconian laws halfheartedly. They are doing this "for the people" but from behind they are doing something which is against the people.
Therefore, Najib's warning to the opposition Pakatan Rakyat and various human rights groups not to claim credit over his announcement to abolish the ISA is unbecoming, as these BN leaders are not yet fit to claim credit too as they have yet to abolish the entire draconian system.
And for the first part of the plan to abolish the ISA, the opposition Pakatan Rakyat and various human rights groups, like GMI, Suaram, Aliran, etc, should take all the credit, as they are the ones who had fought hard for the repeal of this brutal law for decades and their leaders had even end up in jails on several occasion just because of their sacrifices and sincerity.
BN component parties like Gerakan, PPP or MCA also said that they had fought hard from within to have the ISA repealed but what have they done? We don't see any Gerakan, PPP or MCA leaders going to jail to justify their cause with full heart.
We supposed all the leaders of Gerakan, PPP and MCA would always end up getting all the bashing up from Umno in almost every BN supreme council meetings. There is no point for them to claim that they too had fought very hard to have the ISA abolished but most of them are still staying comfortably within the structure of the BN government, instead they are getting wealthier and still enjoying much of the privileges in Putrajaya.
So, do not think that we are all so simple minded like you all. You cannot cheat nor fooling us around anymore.
