Why is BN talking about "affordable homes"?

When the Penang state government announced that affordable home would be built in the state. However, the Penang BN chairman Teng Chang Yeow has brushed aside the state government's announcement by saying that those affordable home are no more affordable as they are now overpriced. First of all, why is the Penang BN talking about "affordable homes" right now? Before 2008, who was then ruling the Penang state since 1969? Who actually has turned Penang into an industrialized state? If the state has been industrialized, then is the state government able to control the land prices from shooting up once certain areas has been developed and industrialized? If the Penang BN chairman is trying to talk about "welfare" for the people, then we can certainly confirm that they are not fit to talk about it at all in the first place. During BN's rule in the state, did Gerakan, MCA or Umno come up with a mechanism to control and curb the rising land cost and property p...

BN says no to IPCMC, to maintain its grip

In light with the death of a security guard while under police custody and the mounted public pressure to have the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) established as soon as possible to address many power abuse within the police force, the BN government is still ignoring the call to look into the many problems and mismanagement in the force. The home minister and Umno vice president Datuk Hishammuddin Hussein said no comment when the press tried to seek their view on the possibility to form the IPCMC. And now, even the deputy prime minister and Umno deputy president Tan Sri Muhyddin Yassin is avoiding the same question as well, while their big boss prime minister and Umno president Datuk Najib Razak has long avoided the situation by going into hiding with his sudden trip to Gaza City, Palestine. It seems that nobody in the BN government is interested to address this decades old problem within the police force. Even after the previous Royal Commission...

Bakar Kitab Kristian, Perkasa Memang Nak Perang Saudara

Who Actually Insult Islam?

Image
The big question here is, Who Actually Insult Islam? Who actually did that? Why did all these happen to Islam in the first place? Yeah, nobody even care to look at the root cause and emotional reactions are always their choice simply because they are too ignorant about the basics of the teachings in Islam. Again we ask, Who Actually Insult Islam? According to the Perkasa national secretary Syed Hasan Syed Ali, authorities should act against those who insulted Islam first before action could be taken against Perkasa itself. Guess what? Syed Hasan has failed his own instincts when making that statement. He failed to see the root cause onto this problem and instead choose to react emotionally and in an unreasonable way, simply because his mind is current full of hate. Let us help this chap out. Insults to Islam are actually from those who had claimed themselves as Muslims brought politics into the religion, forgetting about the basics of the Islamic teachings and making use of the ...

Burn the Bibles, says Perkasa

Image
In the most recent political situation, Perkasa president (no need to even mention the name of this political animal) has made a public call to all Muslims in this country to burn the bible (the Holy Book for the Christians) without fear. Seditious, isn't it so? But, it is the fact that he could get away each time despite making so many seditious and provocative statements which signify hatred, attempted violence and threatening our nation's security and public safety. So, where are the top leaders of MCA, MIC, PPP and Gerakan? Why are they keeping so quiet about this? Chua Soi Lek, Koh Tsu Koon, G.Palanivel, M.Kayveas, Teng Chang Yeow, Liow Tiong Lai, S.Subramaniam and so on, are you all deaf and dumb? Can't you see this political animal is threatening the security and public safety of your fellow non-Muslims of which you had claimed to represent all this while? It is a very clear fact that the leaders of MCA, MIC, PPP and Gerakan knew Perkasa is a sub-contractor ...

Let's Not Debate Religion in Public

In the beginning, we all regard religion as an avenue where people would seek refuge with and to practice it spiritually; its teachings by the prophets, the "nabis", the various masters, Gods, "Tuhan", "Allah", the Buddha, Jesus Christ, and many more. People would use the religion, to follow its teachings and make it practical in our daily life and to be aware of what or who we are in our everyday cores and responsibilities. People would take up religion as a guide towards their livelihood. It is something like a "way of life", sometimes we could also describe it as an education for our livelihood. Religion is something that everyone of us should considered as personal in our heart and mind But today, here in Malaysia, religion has been blatantly misused, politicized and brought up in public for debate and now someone or two has dictated that this or that word was not supposed to be used by any other people and so on. Then, some politicians...

Ruler was ill-advised and confused

It is a very clear fact that the ruler of a state was definitely ill-advised and confused on the recently provoked "Allah" controversy. Nobody in this country have ever wanted such issue being provoked, politicized, misused or mismanaged. Well, what was the root cause onto all these problems? It is in front of our eyes almost every day. The religion was institutionalized, thus being politicized by many politicians, and now being used as a hate engine in order to get rid of somebody that the other somebody dislike. The worst thing of all is, the ruler of the state is currently surrounded by advisors who are mostly aligned to the current ruling elites in Putrajaya. As such, we would say he has been ill-advised and confused. He has been swayed around the clock and did not know what has actually transpired out there. And just because he was being ill-informed and confused, he issued a decree which was against the will of the people and everyone nationwide is now criticizin...

Continuing BN's corrupt and racist reign in the name of stability?

Image
The 13th general elections is somewhere out there awaiting to be called anytime. But the Barisan Nasional (BN) federal government would not call for an early general elections and they would prefer to wait till their term ends at the end of this year's first quarter. With no time to waste, BN leaders with Umno president Najib Razak on top are now running up and down, from day to night trying their very best to convince our people that voting for the Opposition would means destabilizing the entire nation's political and economic situation. Najib says, voting for the Opposition would mean taking the entire nation into uncertainty, the Opposition would make this country of ours bankrupt. The sexist MCA president Chua Soi Lek says it in a different tone, voting the Opposition would means chaos in our country and so on. Guess what, all those BN leaders are saying all those words desperately, by keep on repeating them every now and then. They are reminding our people that under ...

SPR perlu sedar kenapa pelawaannya ditolak

Stadium Merdeka, Hipokrasi BN terbukti

Image

Police-Underworld Link. What Next?

Last year, the retired Inspector-General of Police, Tan Sri Musa Hasan dropped a bombshell in a crime watch seminar and forum by alleging that the police force is currently tainted with politics, interference and link to the underworld (secret societies and triads) organizations. If all these allegations were made, then an investigation ought to be carried out in order to determine if the entire police force is really tainted with such negative elements and so on before it gets out of control. The other question is, did Tan Sri Musa made all these allegations to obtain some profits or kickbacks from anyone. No one knows it. The only thing in our mind is it is either true or false. True, in the sense that Tan Sri Musa has been frustrated during his tenure as the Inspector-General of Police because of such negative elements within the force, and false, where he might have been made use by some other political elements in order to embarrass the police force and the Home Affairs Ministr...
