BN is squeezing our money, asking us to change our lifestyles!

One after another, budget after budget being announced by the Umno-led BN federal government and we have been seeing and hearing all sorts of names being labelled - 'peoples' budget, 'cost saving' budget, 'goodies' budget, '1Malaysia' budget and we are wondering what would Najib name in his next 2012 budget.

We would recall that whenever our people and the nation is face with some uncertainties in economy and the possible of rising inflation continuing into the next decade, the prime minister Najib Razak who is also the finance minister himself had always 'remind' the people to change their lifestyle in face of the rising cost of living.

Well, to us, we want to put this reminder back to the prime minister who is also the race-based Umno president and BN chairman himself and ask him to reexamine what caused the rising cost of living. He is being so irresponsible of passing the buck and burden over to the people.

Actually, ordinary people like us do not have any lifestyles at all, because most of us are just merely surviving with our hard earnings almost everyday. So, how are we going to change our lifestyles, Najib? We do not have one at all!

Inflation rate had eventually went up to more than 5 percent by now and the Umno-led BN federal government is pushing up the cost of living by increasing the prices of our essential items, like food and fuel i.e. withdrawing the subsidies from the people. The fuel price is also expected to increase at the end of every month, as pledged by the second finance minister.

With all these up and up costs (which never come down), how are we going to have a lifestyle? We simply do not have any at all. But we are very certain that the ministers really have lifestyles and they are all luxurious ones.

Every year, the Umno-led BN federal government chose to overspend rather than saving their extra incomes to benefit our people. The total expenditure by the federal government had rose from RM114 billion in 2003 to RM196 billion in 2008 and we had also saw a drastic increase of about RM220 billion in 2009 and what we had saw another big billions of Ringgit for 2010 and 2011 respectively.

For what? To improve and develop more high class lifestyles? Building more majestic arches and towers, fanciful lamppost , refurbishing and renovating the prime minister's and his ministers' official residences, luxurious government bungalows, have many more fruitless overseas trips by the ministers and their spouses, having build an office of the first lady in the prime minister's department, buying overpriced and malfunctioned submarines, and now planning to purchase a highly marked up priced naval offshore patrol vessels, to name a few!

About RM400 billion being thrown away just like that in 20 years. Why? Because of corruption, wastage and mismanagement in order to maintain the lavish and luxurious lifestyles of all those ruling elites in the Umno-led BN federal government.

In this case, we would be very certain that this federal government had already went bankrupt by now and they are now printing more money to cover their increasing expenses. It would be much easier for us to change the government than to change our non-existent lifestyles.

So, do not listen to all those liars from BN and Umno particularly...
