IGP over emotional and unprofessional
The inspector general of police (IGP) Tan Sri Musa Hasan who lashes out sarcastically at public outcries over the fatal shooting of a 15 year old boy had been overly emotional and unprofessional. In fact the way Musa quoted "if you do not want the police to enforce the law, then say so" and "let me know so that I can tell my men to not take any action, including conducting inspections on vehicles or arresting Mat Rempits who ride without licenses" shows his immaturity as the highest ranking police officer in this country. If this is the way he said and he does mean it, that means Musa is threatening the public and he intentionally wanted to take the public as ransom. If you cannot control your frustration, emotions and anger, then resign from the police force by requesting the home affairs minister to cut short your contract.
