Racist and Sexist, that is Umno politics

On the first day as the new minister of home affairs, Umno vice-president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi fired his first salvo by asking those who disagree, those who are in the opposition and critics who oppose the BN government and its policies to migrate to another country citing that this country is only for one particular race.

In his terms, he is indeed welcoming all those Indonesians and Bangladeshi in large numbers into Malaysia but telling the more than 51 percent of the voters who voted against Barisan Nasional to go back to China. We wonder what is the origin of his father and grandfather. You think this is your father's country, Ahmad Zahid?

Then later on, the new deputy minister of finance, Umno information chief Ahmad Maslan told the press that the opposition leaders has been sodomising the minds of our people into supporting the opposition parties in the last general elections (GE13). He said, "pembangkang telah meliwat pemikiran rakyat".

What is Ahmad Maslan's real intention in uttering such sexist and unbecoming statement in public? Is he referring to the opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy cases which were engineered by Umno previously? The entire opposition front sodomise the people?

A new cabinet but yet still consist of racism and sexism as the core value of the new administration headed by prime minister and Umno president Najib Razak. Is this called transformation? Is this called 1Malaysia? Is this called reconciliation? Is this called unity? This two cabinet members from Umno are not even fit to be in the government. Ahmad Zahid is suffering from a racial disorder, while Ahmad Maslan is experiencing some sort of sexual disorder.

In both of these two Umno leaders' statement does not reflect their maturity in running this country's administration at all. If they are racist and sexist, how can they run the country's administration professionally and provide sound judgements over all the decisions that they are and would be making? Are they working for the interest of their own or for the people?

The crime rate has been shooting up today, and the new minister of home affairs still have no idea on how to tackle the current situation until he gave in and asked the people for their ideas and feedbacks. About the treasury of our country which is suffering from a negative balance by now, because of the overly disbursed public funds for the GE13's various "projects and developments", how is the new deputy minister of finance going to look into such negative impact? Those undisclosed tenders, contract awarded to Umno cronies and unqualified contractors, mismanagement of public funds, power abuse, is Ahmad Maslan well aware of such negative elements within the government which he is sitting on?

We supposed these two Umno leaders does not have any new order agendas at all being the new minister and deputy minister respectively. They are appointed into the new cabinet, merely because of political convenience sake, to just fill in the quotas in the cabinet which has been allocated to the party.

So, nothing new at all in Najib's new cabinet. The same old racial and sexual political orientation that are still continuing its trend today.
