Is MCA suffering from a total memory loss?

Tan also concluded that, the Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for not looking at the Chinese contractors and their abilities but had overly focused on currying favour with other races. So, after Umno's Malay agenda, it is now MCA's Chinese agenda.
We supposed MCA is suffering from a total memory loss right now. Has MCA forgotten that all government contractors are for Bumiputras only? This ruling has been enforced at the federal level right down to the state ones, ever since the New Economic Policy (NEP) was introduced by none other than Umno, MCA's partner in crime inside the ruling Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.
When the Penang state government awarded so many contracts to Bumiputra contractors, Umno complained that the Malay contractors were being sidelined and ignored (actually it was most of the Umno contractors who were unqualified and blacklisted for incomplete jobs, etc), and now when Umno stop complaining after details of Bumiputra contractors being published nationwide, it is now MCA's turn to bring up such a racist political issue.
Knowing that the award of government contracts to Bumiputras is a non-issue and that this Bumiputra-based policies has been laid down by Umno via federal control, MCA still wants to harp on this racial issue just to get some support from the Chinese community.
We want to tell this Tan Cheng Liang, who is also the former Jawi state assemblyman who lost her seat in the last general elections in 2008 to talk to Umno in order to revise the Bumiputra-only policies when awarding government contracts, so that the federal government could amend its by-laws to allow all state governments, be it BN or Pakatan to award contracts to all races, Malay, Chinese or Indians whoever is qualify or capable and not harping on only at the Penang state government who does not have the power to do away with such Bumiputra policies.
But if Umno were to oppose such call (MCA's proposal) to amend the Bumiputra-only contracts policy, will MCA ever dare to stand out and oppose Umno's move too? Very doubtful indeed.
MCA is still under Umno's shadow of dominance.
