Scorpene subs: Third commission exposed

First, we heard of a very high and expensive commission being paid to a local agent Primekar Sdn Bhd (all of us should know who is the owner of this company by now) for the purchase of two secondhand defective submarines by the government during Najib Razak's reign as defense minister.

Well, nothing much we could do on that as the BN government had refused to reveal the full details of the purchase transaction and had deliberately used the Official Secrets Act (OSA) and other law to protect itself from public scrutiny.

Not even the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commision (MACC) could do anything about it to uncover the truth behind this scandal, which cost billions of Ringgit in public fund being drained away just like that.

Yeah, the BN government said no and used the OSA reasoning that defense or weaponry secrets may leak out to the enemy of the state. A very clear bullshit!

And when the French government go to know of such crime being committed during the purchase of these two submarines, the financial authorities there immediate got down to the bottom of the case. The offices of the naval manufacturer DCNS and an industrial corporation named Thales Group in France were raided by the French financial police after receiving a tip off from an internationally renowned human rights group.

Judiciary investigation is still ongoing in France in their effort to uncover the truth behind the purchase of these two submarines by the BN government. Senior officials from the French government prosecutor's office had also uncovered some lead to a large scale of corruption involving from a number of Malaysian defense officials, their agent Primekar Sdn Bhd to those in France, that is DCNS and Thales Group.

Now, a french legal expert had also recently exposed the transaction of a third commission being paid out to the agent and the corrupt practices involving several top company officials of DCNS, Thales and Primekar Sdn Bhd as well as the Malaysian defense ministry.

Well, we really hope that the French legal expert could come over to Malaysia to inform our people on this scandal and how corrupt Najib and his government is. For years, we have been totally blinded and blackout on this because of the cover-ups and the threat to use the OSA onto whoever dare goes deeper into this scandal.
