MCA asking someone else to find solution for brain drain

So much of the educational scholarships mishaps just because MCA had definitely proven itself as a powerless and toothless figure in the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition government until it want political parties outside the BN fold to help find solutions over this issue.
And what then after some non-BN political parties do find a good solution to resolve this issue? MCA would certainly take this "package" into account and claim it is the formula of their own. What will happen to that non-BN political party then? Be forgotten and always be labelled as some sort of political "trouble makers" just because they are non-BN parties. Yeah these parties are on the opposition side anyway.
In the Pakatan Rakyat's "Buku Jingga" launched in their second national convention last year, its program had clearly highlighted so many measures to be taken to stem out the particularly serious brain drain from our nation through its economic and social justice framework, competency, accountability, transparency, open democracy and to increase the people's income, to name a few.
Hasn't that K.S. Chai read the programs outlined in the "Buku Jingga"? The desperate MCA youth secretary general is definitely admitting that his party, being a member of the BN government is not able to fully serve the people well nor function effectively as a member of the governing coalition which is being dominated by Umno at large, eventhough it has several party leaders as minister in the federal cabinet.
Come on MCA, didn't you all realize? It was some extremists working in the JPA who are always working on sabotaging the scholarship awards mean for our outstanding students annually. And MCA also did admitted that this fiasco happened almost every year.
Since these scholarship issue is happening every year, why didn't MCA step in and stem out the problem in the first place? Until then when DAP came in sounding the horn, these MCA leaders were quick trying to shut DAP out of this episode, indeed trying to cover-up the mess they had ignored for years.
Therefore, what the DAP Secretary-General and Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng had said: No difference if MCA is in the cabinet, is definitely correct. MCA is part of the Umno-led BN federal government in Putrajaya and having failed to resolve such problem had already proven that MCA is ineffective being in the government.
MCA had so many ministers in the cabinet and they even have a deputy education minister who so happens to be the party's youth chief. What are they all doing then? Now they shamelessly blamed the other parties and wanted others to find a solution for them when this issue went out of control.
MCA is certainly unfit to represent the Malaysian Chinese community. The party is merely "main curi ayam" around its politics of confusion.
