Attorney-General lack of confidence in Toyo's case

The lead of the prosecution team is none other than attorney-general Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail who later told the press that "a piece of land being bought cheaper does not automatically mean an offence has been committed".
Does that statement shows that Tan Sri Abdul Gani is lack of confidence in pursuing this case? Can he explain why in the first place it took so long to investigate this case.
We all should remember that under former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's administration, prominent businessman the late Tan Sri Eric Chia and former Land and Co-operative Development Minister Tan Sri Kasitah Gaddam were similarly charged in 2004 with corruption and power abuses after a long period of investigations.
However both Eric Chia and Kasitah were later found not guilty, mostly because of lack of evidence and the prosecution details were unclear. The two not guilty verdicts were made after Tun Abdullah won the landslide victory in the 2004 general election.
In this situation, will Toyo's case would be just yet another one of prime minister and Umno president Najib Razak's anti corruption showcase to our people? Dragging the case until 13th general election and after Najib gain another victory (if he manage to), then Toyo's verdict would be another "not guilty" by the judges.
Simple as that, we would say the recent arrest and prosecution of Toyo over his mansion land fraud and corruption are a mere election gimmick which we hope our people would not be fooled again this time round.
If you want justice, if you really want all these corrupt Umno elites to be investigated, to be brought into the court of law for a proper trial with an effective and professional prosecution, the federal government must be changed at all cost. When the next general election comes, vote with your conscience and change the government in Putrajaya.
Then only you will see all those murderers and corrupted elites being brought up to face the charges for all the wrongs that they had made against our people.
We want another "Nuremberg Trial" to flush out the elite corruptions in our country.
