Stop wasting public assets for publicity stunts

What we saw recently was the rebel government's minister of housing and local government, Zuraida Kamaruddin carrying out a publicity stunt demonstrating her alleged "expertise" on disinfection or sanitation works, spraying on the streets.

Wearing a complete personal protective headgear with the word "MENTERI" on top of her head, she is in fact encouraging her officials to waste much needed public assets. Such protective gears which are already facing shortages nationwide should not be simply or unreasonably used and wasted like such just to demonstrate her so-called "commitment" to carry out such jobs on her own. In other words this is all fake. This minister must know that she is not paid to do such job.

Hospital, clinics and quarantine centres are in dire needs of such protective gears and you are just wasting it for the purpose of your cheap publicity. Come on, Zuraida, you are not an expert on this disinfection or sanitation processes but only an ordinary politician. Let those real experts carry out their jobs instead of making fun or insulting on their jobs.

The experts could wear it to perform their jobs because they are being trained to carry out such while you are not. You are just a clown who wanted to make a publicity out of it and again, wasting public assets which all health services are experiencing the shortage.

Just stay where you are supposed to be and make sure policies work for the benefit of the public. And furthermore, please do not insult the health services employees of the health ministry and the municipal councils with your useless stunts.
