All Religions Are Equal in Status!

All religions are equal in status. Be it Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Taoism, Sikhism, Christianity, Bahai or any other religions that you could name, again, all religions are equal in status. No religion is greater than others and no religion is powerful than others.

Why did we stress on the equality of all religions around us? This is because the gurus, prophets, great teachers, masters and the initiators of these religions did not claim the religions that they had propagated earlier as greater than any other religions.

These gurus, prophets, great teachers and masters merely told the people who adopted their teachings to practice what were taught as "the way of life". To be practised in their daily life, creating and performing good deeds in order to receive good blessings, in order to create good results in our next lives, in order to rejoice for other people, to reduce the sufferings of others, to promote charity and to cultivate wisdom in all areas of our life.

The habit of always saying one religion is far greater than any other religions are merely men-made. If anyone were to reason that a religion is greater or so great just because the constitution or a law said that, these are also men-made, for the benefit of those in power, to benefit only those in the ruling elites and so that they could remain in power for the rest of their lives.

Remember, religions are not owned nor belongs to any government or any ruling elites!

All religions belongs to everyone who are professing and practising it. Those who are professing and practising it should promote the goodness and cultivation for the benefit of oneself, his or her families, friends and their neighbourhood. A religion is not made to condemn another religion or any other religions around. If there are anyone who uses the religion that he professes or practises to condemn another religion, than that person does not really represent nor reflect the religion that he or she claim to profess or practice. His or her hate or dislike towards another religion is of his or her own actions, not the religion.

Furthermore, all religions should be practically personal or household affair to everyone of us. Religions should be practised, adhered to and be guided upon as a "way of life". Religions should not be nationalized by mixing it with the public administration of the country, business entities, banking, cooperative societies nor politics. Anyone who tries to use religions to benefit their political interests or any of their materialistic objectives are deemed to have intentionally misused or misinterpret their religions, thus confusing others around him or her in the process.

As such, whoever who still claim that one religion is greater or powerful than other religions, stop this please! You are not benefiting the religion that you are professing or practising by declaring it greater or powerful, but instead you are damaging the reputation at large. This is because by insisting that your religion is greater or power than others, you are indirectly inciting hatred and suspicion onto others.
